How we use your personal data

In Touch Recruitment Ltd will process your personal data to provide you with work-finding services. We use your personal data to match your skills, experience, training & qualifications with potential opportunities with clients who we work with. Once an opportunity has been identified of interest, we will pass your details on to our client for consideration. We may collect further information from you throughout the interview process and beyond to support and comply with the whole recruitment process. This may include the processing of sensitive personal data that you or others may provide to us, in this instance, we will ask for your consent before processing this information.

  • Clients who we are working with to source suitable candidates for their job vacancies

  • Clients who we believe may have a need for someone with your skillset and experience

  • Third party service providers such as professional and business service advisors such as IT Consultants, Legal professionals, Auditors and Accountants

In Touch Recruitment may share your personal data as required by law, regulatory bodies or for accounting and audit purposes.

 

How long do we keep your personal data for?

In Touch Recruitment will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary. Different laws require us to keep different data for different periods of time.

The conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from (a) the date of their creation or (b) after the date on which we last provide you with work-finding services.

 

Should In Touch Recruitment Ltd have no meaningful contact with you for a period of 3 years, we will cease to process your personal data and/or sensitive personal data, unless we are required to keep it by law, for a regulatory body or for accounting and audit purposes.

Objection to providing information

Your information is required to enable In Touch Recruitment Ltd to provide you with work-finding services. Failure to provide the necessary personal data or object / restrict the processing of your personal data, will mean we will not be able to inform you of potential job opportunities or put your details forward to our clients for consideration.

Overseas Transfers

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’).
