Recruitment specialists within the UK's Health & Social Care sector
A different approach!
Based in the vibrant city of Manchester, In Touch Recruitment has been providing permanent recruitment solutions across the UK's Health & Social Care sector since 2010.
We are a consultancy with over 20 years recruitment experience, providing a bespoke service supporting candidates and clients throughout the whole recruitment process. It’s our passion for people, our thirst for knowledge and our business model that really does set us apart.
Our work takes us to meet people of all levels and all backgrounds within the Health & Social Care industry, from new graduates to senior executives and leaders in their fields, all of whom we deal with in the same progressive and professional manner to achieve their goals. We are driven to succeed for ourselves and for the companies and candidates who rely on us to take that next big step.
We feel there is no better way of working than through a down-to-earth dialogue with candidates and clients, with flexibility front and centre of our priorities. We take the time to fully understand the brief, or the candidate, working to become your advocate and an extension of your ambition for yourself or your company, grounded in a solid understanding of your needs and capabilities and their context in your profession.
We offer support and guidance that changes as the needs of the role or candidate change, along with an adaptable approach to the interview and on-boarding process. This is built on a great relationship from beginning to end and a thorough understanding of all parties' needs and expectations. That's something we pledge to provide for every candidate we place and every client whose roles we fill. We are dedicated to working collaboratively with clients and candidates to match top talent with the right roles.
Honesty, integrity and professionalism are at the heart of what we do, and it's those high standards we aim to pass on through the way we work.
As recruiters we understand the pressures on companies on attracting and retaining the very best talent in the market. Recruitment outsourcing doesn't have to mean a loss of control over the process, and the way we work ensures that you'll see us as an extension of your own team, not only working to achieve your aims but also speaking your language and understanding the pressures and opportunities at stake just as you do.
Combined with a constantly flexible and evolving understanding of the latest approaches to search and selection in the healthcare sector. By building and maintaining a large passive candidate pool, through good networking and excellent relationship building, we are able to work much more quickly than our competitors to find great quality staff you can easily retain, whilst also keeping costs low, fair and transparent for everyone involved.
We believe that no matter the role and what it requires, understanding and empathy are key to any good relationship, which is why we prioritise a great, down to earth working relationship above all. Not sales jargon or inflated promises.
Its concerning to know that job seekers can sometimes feel like products, or an afterthought at worst, rather than an integral part of the recruitment process. That is not how we think it should be. That is why we aim to be professional, friendly and approachable, and to treat every candidate as an individual with their own career path and aspirations. We're a service on behalf of our candidates just as much as our clients, and we know that candidates who are understood, helped and nurtured during the recruitment process are much more likely to enjoy and thrive in their new job, because we're 100% sure that they're a great fit.
We appreciate that searching for and securing a new role isn’t always easy, at In Touch we go above and beyond to help you make the next step on the career ladder. We aim to help you with every stage of the hiring process, from career advice to getting your CV up to scratch, to assisting with interview preparation and the on-boarding process when you've been successfully placed. As a result of this approach, we have great success in attracting the best candidates, and we end up placing most of our roles through positive word of mouth and recommendations from other happy candidates.
