Clinic Manager - Clinical Trials

In Touch Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly successful drug development services provider to recruit an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of their Phase 1 clinical trial unit in Nottinghamshire.
With over 30 years’ clinical trial experience, our client is recognised as a world expert in running clinical trials, supporting medical advancements and making medicines for many different illnesses and conditions easier for patients to take.
As Clinic Manager, you will take the lead of our client’s 85 bed, state-of-the-art clinical unit situated just outside of Nottingham. Leading from the front, you will manage and coordinate a highly skilled multi-disciplinary staff team and ensure on time delivery of clinical trials to a high-quality standard.
This fantastic opportunity will suit an experienced Nurse Qualified (RGN) Manager who enjoys leading and developing clinical staff teams and working in a fast-pace clinical environment.
Actively registered with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse, RGN
Extensive experience in managing and developing people and staff teams
Experience working in an acute clinical setting
Immediate Life Support trained as a minimum
Excellent organisation skills and a great attention to detail
Previous experience in Phase 1 research, a good knowledge of GCP requirements and Phase 1 accreditation guidance is preferred, however not essential as GCP training will be provided.
